A New World Through Visualization

Visualization occurs in the posterior area of the brain when you are relaxed in that time. The posterior part of the brain is the most creative side. The creative thinking is revved up by activating your visual sensors. Many scientists are not sure why this area lights up but we do know that at a relaxed state these areas will charge.

Some scientists do believe that certain areas of the brain are turned off to amp the visual part of the brain and in essence they feed the visual side when living in the moment. This process gives the rest of your brain a rest sort of speak. When you are engrossed in your favorite movie your visual sensors are working overtime and the rest of your brain relaxes or rests.

The irony is the more we worry the less we see. The visual part of the brain is shut down when we constantly worry doing our brains more harm than good. There are several great visual thinkers in life’s history like Albert Einstein, James Maxwell and Michael Faraday are a few we can look back on and see the benefits of Visual thought. Our greatest athletes live in the moment with every inch of asphalt that their treads graces is a moment they use to rest.

Many people don’t understand that living for the moment doesn’t mean living recklessly. It merely means “Stopping to smell the roses” enjoying what you have before you and not what is to come. Many see living for the moment as losing your hold on reality. This simply isn’t true understanding that if you do not reach out and engulf yourself in each moment you will not be able to hold on to what is in front of you.

Grasping the Moment
Understanding that many people live in the moment like actors, musicians and directors and the key is to learn to breathe each moment as it is. Looking at a script of words as they were real; knowing it saying it and feeling it fill you will teach you to become encased in the moment. The actors/actresses though they are playing a movie feel the parts; they become the rolls they play. This helps them give you the sense of being there. The surround sound and large screen often help as well.

Do you want to learn how to seize the moment?

Grab a book…read a few lines to yourself or out loud and visualize how the character in that piece is feeling. See the scenery in your head as though you were there…then read it out loud! Listen to yourself, don’t fake it-become it. The role is the part that is being played.

Or watch a movie, their expressions, their pain and tears. See them imagine them and hear it in their voices. Repeat a touching part and learn it say it with them. Not in a fake unnatural way but as if you mean it as if it were happening to you that very second. Hear the sounds around them. Imagine the smells they are smelling. Know you are there.

Practice this everyday and you will see the change in you. You will see the world through wider eyes. It will open up a new world that you would have seen if you just stopped worrying!

Learning the True Concept of the Laws of Attraction

The Internet has over emphases on the Law of Attraction. Over the past decade people have become interested in exactly what the Law of Attraction is and have undoubtedly come to their own conclusions which have not necessarily been accurate. The Law of Attraction has nothing to do with ones gender, or level of education. It has nothing to do with what ones motivations are, being love or even greed. It simply brings to your life that which is in your subconscious mind and the things you will focus on a subconscious level. This may not be clear to you at all and in fact may surprise even you!

Though most science teaches us that the universe is run like machines it is in fact run more with magnetics. It runs off vibrations and is going all the time instead of standing still.
Whether or not something is visible is rated by the speed in which the vibrations are moving like (slow moving vibrations = matter) or (Fast moving Vibrations = light, or sound, etc) We are taught that we are solid mass which is moving in time and space and in actuality we are energy that is continually vibrating at different rates and sending out different messages. All the words and feelings or thoughts we have use a different frequency of vibrations and as all magnets attract each other so do we. This indeed is what many believe to be the Law of Attraction.

It is understood in the Law of Attraction that you get what you deeply want or believe.
Here are three steps to Deliberate Attraction: Showing you that you can get what you truly want. These steps will teach you how to attract the things you are looking for in your life and use the Laws of Attraction to work for you!

Step 1. Asking- You are always in the asking mode. Your body and its vibrations will always send messages out as we experience life. It will tell the universe “More” or “No more”. You simply show it what you like with your body and its actions.

Step 2. The Universe will respond- This is a known fact that whatever you send out will come back to you. The universe responding! This step requires nothing on your part and it guaranteed.

Step 3. You Receive- Though these steps seem simple out of all the steps this one is by far the hardest. You must trust that you will get it back and that the universe will respond. Most don’t let it in. Or they are not sure what type of messages they are sending out and are lost at what they get back.

In the end the Laws of Attraction are quite simple, the concept however is hard for us as human beings to grasp and it gives us unsettling feelings which put out the wrong feelings into the universe. Learn to live in harmony and make it clear what you truly want not only to the universe but to yourself as well!

Karma and Hinduism – The Universe is With and Around You

Karma and Hinduism have a long relationship and meaning together. This is because karma is basically a Sanskrit word that means action and duty. So having originated from India, karma and Hinduism have a strong bondage.

According to Hindu belief, it is said that the good and evil a person does is returned to the person. In other words, we tend to reap whatever we sow. During your lifetime, whatever negative and positive energies you experience, you are sure to experience the same feelings after some time.

Keeping this in mind, it is mandatory that you aim at performing good deeds and to propel positive energy wherever you go. The more negative energy you produce from yourself, the more negative vibes you receive from people in your vicinity. Similarly, the more positive energy you liberate, the more positive energy you receive from those around you.

Karma and Hinduism also follows the law of attraction, which has been around for some time. according to the law of attraction, you tend to believe in something so strongly, that your belief slowly manifests itself into reality. This means that according to karma and Hindusim, no matter whatever you do, you are sure that the universe is with you and is around for you.

You can harness the power of the law of attraction only if you stop focusing on what you don’t have and what you need. on the contrary, you have to believe that you will get whatever you lack in the future. According to karma and Hinduism, the money, love, happiness and children that you long for, you are sure to receive in the future. It is your focus for your desires that help you into believing something to becoming true.

So if you focus on thoughts of happiness and positive energy in your life, according to karma you can anticipate this in return. However if you propagate feelings of greed, misery, unhappiness and anger, expect only these feelings in reply to you. as each individual is different, each person approaches karma and Hinduism differently.

It is the purpose in life that helps in identifying the aim of one’s life in karma and Hinduism. You have to identify the aim of your life through your own self discovery; and this is an important part of universal welfare, the extension of the law of attraction. Whatever doctrines and ideas you introduce to the world is all dependent on your thought and practices.

In fact, karma and ancient Hinduism philosophy states that your course of life is determined by your conduct in your previous birth. So the more contributions you make to universal goodness in your past life, them more likely that you will experience and go along the same path in your next life.

Hinduism also places emphasis on positive thinking as it is the optimist who holds an optimistic attitude in life that seeks happiness in a positive end. According to karma and Hinduism, this happiness need not be monetary happiness or power but a feeling of completeness and satisfaction.

Spiritual integrity has an important part in karma and Hinduism as it means mental integrity. You have to have a clear picture of your mission and thus correspond to the actions as required. It is important that your mind be able to withstand any external disturbances so that you remain focused in whatever you want to achieve in life. though your means and ways of reaching your destiny may change during your course of action, your destiny or end will never change.

So it can be said that karma and Hinduism is something abstract that indicates the success of one’s will, perseverance and fortitude in reaching one’s destiny. This destiny is not monetary success or a gain in power; it is a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment that you reach through the law of attraction.
